BioThe country of Japan is at war. Criminals flood jails from the prevelant crime and murder in the streets. To counter this the government of Japan has elected to instate a vengence system. Criminals are released into society and the victim's family hires someone to carry out the act: a Proxy.
Hiroshi Kano doesn't know why he is. A woman named Higuchi, knowing far more about Hiroshi then he himself hires him for the job anyways.
